This bottle was well made but because of the handle the diameter dimensions are not correct and I had to return it because it would not fit into the holder I bought for it. If it would have fit I would have used it.

If you are looking for a container that is stainless steel on the inside and will hold a man-sized portion, then this is the container for you. 48 oz. is 6 cups of food -- and that is a big meal!
When I prep the bottle with hot tap water before adding a hot meal in the morning, it will be the *perfect* temperature to eat at lunch time.
There is an extra bowl the slides right into the lid in case I'd like to share my meal. This is a great feature!
I've had no problems with the container leaking and it has been on its side several times with soupy food within.
I wish that it was dishwasher safe. However, it cleans well with a little warm soapy water and a bottle brush for the lid. The jar portion is large enough for me to put my hand and a sponge in there to clean it thoroughly.
I'm very happy with this purchase and would buy it again.

Very nice quality thermos....my daughter and her boyfriend go to many Bills games and need to keep their "boilo" drink hot...very happy!

This isn't an ideal thermos for traveling alone in the car because it leaks and not a very good pouring spout as I anticipated. Bring plenty of towels when using this in the car. Also, the red spring loaded cap lock button tends to harbor the contents of what you are pouring and really not a good way of making sure you can clean behind the latch. It's not dishwasher safe either.

It is well made, keeps coffee hot and it does not leak in my bag. It does not break if dropped.
